Texas is No Longer an Outlaw State

Texas is no longer known as an outlaw state. The state of Texas was one of few states that did not tax cigarettes for the purpose of being able to do so. Prices of cigarettes in the state of Texas are about to go up by as much as $1.40 a pack under an initiative made by the current Governor of Texas. Once again this is a move for a state to balance its budget on the backs of the American smoker.
